Testimonials
“When we were planning the exhibition at the World Bank Group to shed more light on the refugee crisis - thinking about internally displaced peoples, international refugees, and host communities - we wanted to find artworks that showcased both the individual stories of the crisis, and the magnitude of the entire challenge. We were struck by the way in which Jonathan Kloberdanz’s piece delicately captured both of these sides, expertly weaving them together into a totally captivating narrative on humanity, and international development. Our audiences were spellbound by the film.” The World Bank
Jonathan and I worked closely together at EcoFlight. Jonathan is an enthusiastic and thoughtful team player. He excels at storytelling through the medium of filmmaking and is a talented photographer and scriptwriter. He was always amenable to working on other publications such as newsletters and brochures. Jonathan went above and beyond when on the road with EcoFlight - making meaningful connections with Native Americans and diverse stakeholders, giving of his personal time to ensure he heard all sides of a story. We applaud Jonathan for his work on Human Rights issues. Jonathan is committed to helping climate and war refugees on a level that transcends that of the average global citizen. I've known Jonathan for many years, and I can confidently say that he has a passion for filmmaking. In his early years of filmmaking we worked together and I found it to be a very positive experience. As a documentary cinematographer, Jonathan can set his subjects at ease, a necessity in capturing authentic moments. Jonathan is a strong editor, which gives him an edge as a cinematographer who understands what's needed to put together a complete narrative. In this modern age of filmmaking, Jonathan can wear many hats and is a team player with vision. Beyond film production, Jonathan also helped my business grow by connecting us with creative professionals in his network. Jonathan has worked on numerous award-winning films for my company, and I highly recommended him. Michael Brown, Serac Adventure Films
